Shipping & Returns

Orders will normally be despatched within 3-5 days. Please can you allow up to 28 days for delivery . If there is likely to be a delay in despatching your order we will contact you as soon as possible.

If you wish to exchange or refund any item, return it within 14 days by registered or recorded delivery. The customer pays postage. We cannot accept any responsibility for any items which are not returned in this way. Items must be returned in good condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange of items that are damaged or we consider not to have been treated in accordance with the instructions provided. This does not affect your statutory rights.
